I photograph what happens, not what should have.

A documentary wedding photograph isn't a pose. It's a father, hand raised mid-sentence during the toast. A grandmother closing her eyes during the vows. A pair of shoes left under the reception table just before midnight.

I spend the day mostly invisible, moving quietly through your celebration, waiting for the moments that couldn't be repeated even if we tried.
